Community Connections
Managing Mental Health: Join OneMontville for a presentation and Q&A session with mental health expert Michael Tozzoli about the mental health issues many people have been experiencing throughout the pandemic. Michael will discuss common symptoms, strategies to combat them, and ways to support loved ones who are experiencing mental health challenges. Michael is the CEO of West Bergen Mental Healthcare, a private non-profit community mental health center, and also has his own private practice, where many of his patients consist of families. He is an involved leader in the LGBTQ+ mental health space. The virtual program will be held via Zoom on January 12, 2022 from 7:00-8:30 p.m. The program will consist for a 20-minute talk by Michael, after which he'll open the floor to questions from the audience. A Zoom link will be shared prior to the event on OneMontville.org. The link will also be shared on social media, as well as sent via our newsletter.
