This is our Monday Memo and for anyone who is new, this is a weekly snapshot of what is coming up in our school. We have included our welcome back packethere which includes information about our new hot lunch program, how to be a class mom, and other important information. BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT will be held virtually this year. Click here for more information. BSI information will begin at 6:30 and the regular presentation will begin at 7:00pm
We have a new lunch program that allows you to place orders for a day, a week, a month, or up to 8 a.m. the same day. You can also plan lunches for the entire month. A simple log-on site with an easy-to-read menu, no service charge, and easy credit card payment system makes ordering a snap. Go to https://montville.pomptonianmenus.com/order to place an order by credit card.
Be sure to send in a snack that is nut-free and easily opened by your student (Please practice opening with your child). Also, water fountains will be turned off, so please send in a refillable water bottle (water bottles can be refilled).

Harvest Festival is Back!!
Friday, October 1st, Valley View will be hosting its 2nd Harvest Festival at Fairfield Farms, 177 Big Piece Road, Fairfield, NJ. 5:00-7:00 pm
Community Input Session for Superintendent Search Will Be Held on Monday, September 20 at 6:30 p.m. in MTHS Media Center Members of the Montville Township Public Schools community are encouraged to participate - The Community Input Session will serve as an opportunity for members of the community to share the characteristics, qualifications, and experience they value and would like to see reflected in the district’s next Superintendent of Schools. The information gathered at this session, along with the on-line Superintendent Survey responses, and input from other focus groups, will be used to set necessary criteria for the superintendent search, and will shape a variety of candidate review documents and the interview questions. This information will directly inform the Montville Township Board of Education in the superintendent selection process. NOTE: the on-line Superintendent Survey will be active until Friday, September 24.
Cedar Hill Elementary will be hosting a Moonlight Masquerade Tricky Tray on October 28th at 6:30 PM @ The Mansion at Mountain Lakes.
